Brief Answer:
Antibiotic treatment with Urinary culture and USG abdomen is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

The urinary report(presence of pus cells) is suggestive of infection.

In case of urinary infection my further step will be

1)Send a urinary culture senstivity report to know the organism
2)To start an empirical antibiotic like cefixime after sending the culture report
3)Giving plenty of fluids to the baby to flush the urinary tract
4)To get USG done to see whether there is any involvement of kidney or ureter
5)She may need MCU/DTPA after 3 months to check the functional status of kidney
6)The antibiotic may need to be changed depending on the culture report
7)Give paracetamol if there is any fever

So I would suggest you to get her to a pediatrician for evaluation and to get a prescription.
I hope this helps.
Please do ask if you have any more query.
Regards
