Brief Answer:
Needs clinical correlation in order to confirm that things are fine.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the report and understand your concerns. I feel that a clinical correlation is required. Pus cell count indicates infection. The count is normal in your case. A higher pus cell count would have indicated an infection. The presence of epithelial cells is not concerning and I would not worry about it. But the presence of RBCs calls for a closer look and clinical correlations. I would need to know what problems you faced and why did you need to get the urine examined. For example, a burning sensation during passage of urine would speak in favor of an infection and treatment has to be done acccordingly. The presence of fever is also important. The dryness of vagina could have led to the painful intercourse and that could be related to the presence of RBCs. But a follow up would be requires in such a case.

I hope that I have been able to clarify.

Brief Answer:
It might be a good idea to take a course of antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying. I think that it would be a good idea to take a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin. Please get a confirmation from your doctor before deciding to start it. Drink plenty of water. I think that the problem will resolve.
