Question: Hi sir, my father rbc in urine test is 12-15 hpf epithical cell 2-4 hpf.his age is 45 years.morning no problem.but at night he frequently have urine until he had loss stool in morning...is anything serious...he is under stress also..

Your father's urine analysis findings may suggests UTI(urinary tract infection) with hematuria.
Hematuria(blood in urine) may be due to many reasons like urinary tract infection(UTI),calculus in genitourinary tract,malignancy etc.
Hematuria may be due to UTI in your father's case as there are excess pus cells in urine and urine is also hazy in appearance.

He need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine culture and sensitivity,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen.

He may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.
He should drink plenty of water.

Increase frequency at night may be due to enlarged prostate.This can be assessed by ultrasound.
