Lesion may be due to both benign or malignant reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings suggests heterogeneous echotexture space occupying lesion in left adnexa.Lesion is touching left ureter and it is causing left hydronephrosis.
Hydronephrosis is due to compression effect of mass on ureter.
Lesion may be due to both benign or malignant reason. It is important to know age and sex of the patient.
Patient may need clinical evaluation and further tests like contrast CT scan of pelvis.
CT scan helps in better characterization of lesion. FNAC/biopsy of lesion can be done after evaluation.
