Question: "Anteverted anteflexed bulkyin size 9.5x5.0x5.1cm with heterogeneous echo texture. No focal/difuse mass seen . Endometrium thickness 16.2mm.Fluid seen in endometrial canal"..

The uterus is mildly enlarge d in size but there is no fibroid or mass in the uterus. There is a mild fluid in the cavity that can be due to an infection or bleeding. In case she is having normal regular periods then there is no need to worry. In case she has irregular periods with a heavy bleeding then hormonal treatment is needed to control the bleeding.
