What Does This Ultrasound Report Of The Uterus Indicate?
Question: I have went for HSG test. Report has mentioned that
1. Uterine cavity outlined by the contrast appears to be normal in size, capacity and symmetrical in shape.
2. No evidence of any filling defect is noted.
3. Bilateral cornu is normally visualized.
4. Bilateral fallopian tubes are not seen.
5. No peritoneal spill of contrast is noted.
6. Extravasation of contrast is noted.
What does last line means. It is worring me. I am very worried.

Sir, I have uploded HSG report, please look it.
I have shown the report to gynaecologist , she has told that extra vessation may be due to some diaease e.g. tuberculosis or any other disease.
I am very worried about it.
Please elaborate what does mean in HSG report that EXTRA VESSATION OF CONTRAST IS NOTED.

Fallopian tubes are very important in fertilization.Fallopian tubes receives ovum and it is the site of natural fertilization.
