What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: had sex with a girl on April 5 2016 which was the day before the start of her LMP. She actually started bleeding on April 6,2016 . She had an ultrasound done on XXXXXXX 2 2016 which stated she was 8 weeks and 1 day pregnant. She also mentioned that she had been having sex with another guy around April 18-27 of 2016. Can you explain to me what are the chances she was conceived . I am unsure if she got pregnant by me or the other guy. I use the pull out method but I dont know if that was enough . Today I believe she is 13 weeks from her last LMP. Please see the Ultrasound scan in the update report sections of the time she had the scan done and the gestational age of the child.

Hey doctor. The girl is now saying that she will be 15 weeks preg on Wednesday and that the ultrasound scan I placed in the update report section of the last question corresponds to the date she got pregnant.not the LMP. Is this true ???and based on the 40 weeks cycle of pregnancy would this be true if we had sex on April 5.???? Please help me understand that this is true or false.

Also from the scan does the fetal age look 8 weeks or 6 weeks because from my understanding the gestational age is 2 weeks more than the fetal age. So how old does the fetal age is in the scan in the report section ??

Thanks for writing again.
Just by looking at the image one cannot guess the fetal age. The exact age of fetus is measured by the ultrasound machine and is mentioned in the report. The fetal age is not mentioned. It is the gestational age. She has conceived two weeks after 5th April. You need not worry.

Ok so what should i do from here because i need to ensure her that this isnt my child. Plus I remember before that she states that some meds she was on to help her with her intestines issues could have made her more accessible to getting pregnant. How Can i convince her that this isnt my child and what test can i get done at this time to show her im not the father. Because she is saying her doctor is telling her that she conceived on april 6. Even though from what you explained to me is that she had to be calculated from her LMP not the day she concieved in the ultrasound scan. Would the scan be inaccurate or miscalulated???? What else could in do??

DNA test can prove.

The scan is accurate. Your calculation is correct. The only way to prove it is getting a DNA paternity test done. This can be done only after the childbirth.

Okay I will. So when you stated that the baby looks around 8 to 9 weeks of age in a previous response, did you mean gestational age or the baby looks 8 to 9 weeks?

Ok so if the fetal age is provided will it be on the scan or in the ultrasound report or are they both the same ??
