Brief Answer:
USG report may indicate bilateral renal parenchymal disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Increased echotexture of both kidneys with poor cortico-medullary differentiation may indicate bilateral renal parenchymal disease.
You may need clinical correlation and few blood tests.
You may need serum urea and creatinine estimation. You may also need to estimate GFR of kidneys etc.

If these tests are raised then you may diet restrictions and few medicines.
It is also important to exclude hypertension and diabetes mellitus.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
