Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; and suggest you that no need to worry. Your cervical lymph node i.e. JDN enlargement may be due to the infection in your throat.

JDN means jugulodiagastric lymph node.

In this condition in our patient I personally suggest
1. Tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day.
2. Hexidine mouth gargles.
For at least seven days.

consult with your doctor before taking these medicine.

Brief Answer:
Your lymphnode are within normal limit

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your follow up query and report; it suggest that your Lymphnode are within normal limit.
For your kind information reactive Lymphnode occur due the stimulus i.e. viral or bacterial. Lymphnode is consider abnormal or pathological when it is more than 2 cm in size.

Reactive lymphadenopathy is of three types
1. Acute when it persist only for less than 2 weeks.
2. Subacute when it persist for more than 2 weeks but not more than for 6 weeks.
3. Chronic when it persist for more than 6 weeks.

If your Lymphnode persist for more than 6 weeks and it's size increases then only consult with your doctor for further diagnosis and management.

Thanks
