Question: please explain what you see in my ultrasound.

Uploaded images appears normal.

Hello

I have gone through uploaded pictures.It is difficult to comment on some images as some images need real time scanning.
However,uploaded images appears normal.
Uterus is normal in size and echotexture.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
Ovaries shows normal small physiological follicles.
POD and adnexa also appears normal.
In short,ultrasound of pelvis appears normal.

I have gone through image no.31.Both ovaries and uterus appears normal.
There are normal follicles in ovaries.
Sorry,there is no baby seen close to ovaries.Endometrial cavity is empty.

Fluid in POD may be due to many reasons like at the time of ovulation,pelvic inflammatory disease etc.This need clinical evaluation.
