Question: hi my actively motility 0% and sluggighly motile 10% and 90% r dead what that means and sperm count is 30 million

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. The condition you are suffering is called asthenospermia meaning slow sperms.

2. Atleast 50 percent should have active motility normally. You have only 10 percent.

3. Try wearing loose undergarments and pant. Dont sit for long time in a place. Keep taking walk in between.

4. Have balanced diet and exercise regularly.

5. Repeat semen analysis after 3 months. If no improvement see an urologist and get examined for testicular size and varicocele.
