Brief Answer:
Varicocele probably the cause. It needs to be treated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.

From the latest evidences, Fertab has not shown to be of any benefit in male fertility problems, but only in woman.

If the cause of the low mobility is the varicocele, then that needs to be treated and repaired.
Some other advice I may give are smoking cessation if you are a smoker, reducing alcohol exposure, exercise and weight loss if obese, avoiding lubricants which may alter sperm, and avoiding increased scrotal temperature.

If worse or not better, your doctor should run the labs to understand which is the cause and treat it accordingly.

Hope this is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Varicocele as possible cause of infertility

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

I reviewed carefully your lab tests and the ultrasounds.

It looks like the overall picture is ok.
I would still give the recommendations that I gave above as well.
"smoking cessation if you are a smoker, reducing alcohol exposure, exercise and weight loss if obese, avoiding lubricants which may alter sperm, and avoiding increased scrotal temperature"

Also, since you have small kidney stone and oxalates, I would recommend to keep in mind drinking plenty of fluids.

Don't know if you are married and you are trying to have kids, and for how long you have tried. But, with these results you may not have a problem at all being fertile.
If that is not the case, and you have been trying to have kids, then you should consider seeing a surgeon, and consider having the varicocele repaired. It may be the cause of infertility in your case, and it needs to be treated.

Hope this is helpful.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Yes, it causes changes in all stages of production.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Appologies for the late reply.

Yes, varicocele may cause changes in production, causing low count and also changes in the structure that may affect mobility. This happens because the blood that gets accumulated in the dilated veins and changes the exposure to temperature of the epididymis where spermatids are produced.

I would recommend though, seeing a local specialist who may advise you more in details according to your physical exam.
