Brief Answer:
Please give details...

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted a short history put in by you that your wife's mammogram showed architectural distortion in the left breast. Wants to know whether this is a cause of concern...
Please provide additional information:
Age of your wife?
Any children, if yes breast feeding - how many months?
Any pain, lump, symptoms?
Why was mammography done?
Please post the actual report given?

Detailed history helps for a proper diagnosis and correlation between the history, findings on clinical examination and the reports. All combined together alone can give the probable reasons/diagnosis and a plan for further management.

I have attached the report. No lump is present and no mass was found

My wife is 44, 2 children, age 7 and 11. She has a mammogram every year but this was her first 3D one. She has dense breasts. They did not have the prescription for her joint ultrasound so they could not give it to her

It was her annual mammogram

Brief Answer:
Go for additional studies as advised ...

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback an the reports that you have posted.
Since there is no definite lump or so, there is nothing to worry at the moment. There is dense breast tissues.
Go for additional tests like ultrasonography and MRI of the breast to be sure about it. If this too is not showing any mass or so, and if there is no lump palpable too, stop worrying please.
