Brief Answer:
Total cholesterol elevated but good ratio, which means low risk

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

You have slightly elevated total cholesterol and LDL, but good data for HDL and cholesterol ratio, which mean you don't have elevated risk for cardiovascular diseases.

But for more precise risk quantification I need to know
BMI (weight and height)
if you have arterial hypertension or other cardiovascular diseases already
if you have diabetes melitus or any other disease
whether you smoke
if you have strong heredity of cardiovascular diseases
your blood pressure data

Brief Answer:
Low cardiovascular risk

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

With your data you have low cardiovascular risk despite heredity.

So you shouldn't worry, you are doing quite well.

The only advice I will give you is follow healthy lifestyle: exercise regularly, don't eat fast food, don't drink soda, avoid meals rich in animal fat.

Wishing you good health.
