Brief Answer:
Hydronephrosis and progression of cancer .

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear ! Thank you for posting your question to HCM.
Here is the explanation of you PET-CT result.

- the right kidney ( the only one ) has hydronephrosis , means that the kidney is distended with urine, this may be the cause probably due to several calculus that you have also. You have to start the treatment for this immediately.

- There's a nodule near the abdominal aorta that means that the carcinoma has spread here (outside the kidney), so it's progressive in nature.

- The lymph nodules of your neck and abdomen are bigger than normal and most likely got affected by the cancer.

Possible treatments : Radiotherapy, immunotherapy, maybe surgery, hydronephrosis treatment (draining and antibiotics in case of infection)

You should discuss all these with your oncologists and about the next course of treatment and further explanations (s/he knows better your case, as s/he is having the complete history as well as privilege to examine you clinically).

Hope these help. Feel free to ask further
Wish you good health.
