Brief Answer:
you should be placed on cyclical progesterones for next 6 months

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thanks for the query to hcm,

Th report of endometrial biopsy is simple hyperplasia without atypia simply means that there is no uterine or endometrial cancer but there is progesterone deficiency during the second half of the menstrual cycle which is leading to endometrial hyperplasia under estrogen effect.
So hence you have to be started on TAB MEDROXYPROGESTERONE ACETATE 10mg twice a day from day 15 to day 25 of your cycles for next 6 months to decrease the hyperplasia and initiate regular menses by correcting the hormonal imbalance. After 6 months a repeat endometrial biopsy should be done to reevaluate hyperplasa again.
If not taken then this hyperplasia can lead to irregular shedding and often lead to formation of complex hyperplasia which presents as heavy and irregular bleeding in future.
You may discuss this option with your physician and take an informed decision. Regards
