Brief Answer:
Means heart is little thicker than normal

Detailed Answer:
Means heart is little thicker than normal. Generally happens when blood pressure is high. Can part of obesity. Could be part some valve diseases but since same is not seen echo it can ruled out. If it's mild than doesn't mean much but thicknesses more than 14-15mm need to look for cause and treat. With treatment there may be stopping of further progression in some there can reversal as well.
