Angiogram indicates blocks in blood vessels of heart

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.

I have worked through your catheterization report in detail.

This reflects there is significant blocks in 2 of the 3 major coronary blood vessels.

Additionally, Echocardiogram of the heart indicates low pumping function of heart due to the blocks in 2 of the major blood vessels.
