Brief Answer:
Please consult cardiologist and medicine specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

Page 1 Iron level is normal

Page 2 Kidney function test is normal

Page 3 Cholesterol level is increased and it is suggested that you follow low oil diet and consult a cardiologist.

Page 4 Non HDL cholesterol is increased

Page 5 GGT is increased. There is isolated increase in GGT and this is usually from alcohol or taking medicines. If you do not drink alcohol then any liver problem is unlikely.

Page 6 Thyroid function test is normal

Page 7 There is vitamin D deficiency and vitamin B12 level is above normal

Page 8 Blood sugar level is normal

Page 9 Increased lymphocye percentage can be from mild infections. Hemoglobin level is mildly increased and this is to be discussed with your increased vitamin B12 level with a medicine specialist.

In conclusion,

Please discuss your cholesterol level with a cardiologist and get your cardiac evaluation done in detail.

You require a consultation with medicine specialist for clinical examination and discussion of
Increased vitamin B12 and mildly increased hemoglobin
Low vitamin D level and vitamin D supplements
Isolated increase in GGT level.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
GGT increase is isolated and therefore not a major problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. The GGT is not a major issue because the other liver enzymes are normal. You can get this test repeated after following a healthy lifestyle for 2 months.

2. The ultrasound scan shows mild fatty liver and this is probably from taking diet containing fats and oil and this is explained by your high cholesterol level.

3. Your high cholesterol, low vitamin D, high vitamin B12 and mildly increased hemoglobin requires attention.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
