Brief Answer:
Explained, with suggestions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr. Mittal.
I have read your reports.

HbA1C of 5.7 is normal.
FBS of 87 is normal too.
PPBS of 133 is somewhat higher than accepted value.

However, it depends on two important rules-
1. the sugars need to be taken 2 hours after the meal with no tea etc in between.
2. the diet has taken in between should be normal food one usually takes.
You need to confirm these.

However, if both of the above things were done, I would suggest the following measures-

1. test OGTT with 75 gm sugar.
2. try to loose weight.
3. perform daily and regular exercises.
4. control your diet.
5. repeat FBS, PPBS, and HbA1C in 6 months.

Once done, let me know the OGTT results.
As of now, diabetes medicines are not needed.

What is more, by the guidelines, either you should have symptoms of diabetes (details of which are unavailable), or 2 of those 3 tests should be indicative of diabetes (which I explained before, is not the case).

I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
Best of luck, Dr. Mittal

Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello again XXXXXXX

The idea is you are supposed to have breakfast and tea.
Thereafter wait for 2 hours without taking anything.

And re-test the sugars at the end of 2 hours.
If you do not wait for 2 hours, the report is not truly a PPBS.

I hope that explains it.

Best of luck.
Dr Mittal
