On the 09/30, I was menstruating, wasn't drinking water that day, didn't feel well, fatique, abdominal pain, nausea, was dehydrated, fainted at work; blood work showed high total protein 8.9 and albumin 3.8. I am scared.

Brief Answer:
As mention below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Welcome to HCM and thanks for the query
I understand your concern

Which type of the pain do you have?
Is it radiating to any other body part?
Any relation with the food?

Epigastric pain since from the year most commonly may be due to acid reflux, gastritis, heartburn, stomach ulcer.
Endoscopy, urea breath test will help in the dagnosis.
You can take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg one tablet per day, 30 minutes before the meal.

According to NABL accredited laboratory,
normal serum total protein level: 6.4-8.3 g/dl
normal serum Albumin level: 3.5-5 g/dl

But i Think your slight high serum protein level (8.9) is just due to dehydration and nothing to worry about that.
Your symptoms of fatigue, abdominal pain and nausea is due to the dehydration and menstruation.
Just be relaxed.
Drink plenty of water and take proper rest.
Take diet like banana, rice, applesauce, yogurt, and toast.

Hope I have answered your query
I will be happy to help you if you have further query
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
