Question: We have been married for a year. We are trying to have a child since May 2016. But we have'nt been successful till now. During the first month of our attempt my wife's period postponed by 10 days and the subsequent months she had regular periods. But she has been experiencing severe pain below her abdomen during few days of the month.
Basically she is weak and falls sick frequently. The doctor we consult always reports low BP(60/100) and low blood. She also has hair fall problems.
A recent whole body check revealed the following results:
Haemoglobin-11.4 g/dl
Total white blood cell count-10700 cells/ul
Total red blood cell count-3.98 cells*10 to the power of 6/ul.

Kindly advise on why she feels pain in the lower abdomen.

Basically you should try to conceive naturally for one year before seeking treatment.
If your wife has regular periods you should remain sexually active from Day ten to day twenty of her cycle.
She should take folic acid tablet daily.
For the pain please consult a gynecologist and go for internal exam and ultrasound scan.
She might be having a cyst or infection etc.

Doctor,
I am more concerned about her health...she is a working woman...she falls sick frequently( gets fever once in a month or two) and gets exhausted often...she has hair loss problem and her face develops pimples which i feel is due to hormonal imbalance...What should i do to improve my wife's health naturally?Pregnancy is not my priority now.

It seems she is having some nutritional imbalance and weakness.
Please ask her to exercise regularly and eat sensibly.
Include lots of fresh green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits and fluids in her diet.
She can take Capsule A to Z ( multivitamin ) once daily for 3 months.
For the hair and skin problem, she can consult a dermatologist and take regular treatment for that.
Get hormonal testing done on day 2 of her period - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin.
Also, if the reports are abnormal, treatment can be done accordingly for that.

Yes, definitely.
Worm infestation should be treated immediately.
That could be the reason for her exhaustion, fatigue and lack of energy.
Are you a non vegetarian ?
Does she eat outside the home a lot ?
Do you consume cold salads or raw fruits and vegetables frequently ?
Do you have a cook / maid who handles food in the house ?
Treatment is Albendazole 400 mg two tablets, taken one week apart.

She doent eat outside frequently...
yes, She take raw fruits often..
Food is self prepared..

The worm infestation can be from undercooked non vegetarian food, or from raw fruits that are not washed properly.
Please take the course for de worming that I suggested.
Then take multivitamins regularly for 3 months.
She will be fine, do not worry.

Yoga and meditation will help in stress relief.
Regular workouts are advisable, atleast 30 minutes per day for atleast 5 days a week.
