Triglyceride level is high, but not alarming
A full 14-hour fasting is necessary for proper interpretation

Obesity / Diabetes / Thyroid insufficiency / Alcohol / over eating / some drugs like Beta-blockers / Diuretics are a few other causes. It is generally genetic [inherited /running in family]

Eat fewer calories / Limit natural sugars:
Eat small, frequent meals and do not skip meals
Avoid late-night snacking
Add omega-3 fats in your diet
– fatty fish (like mackerel, salmon, sardines, tuna) twice or more in a week
– soy foods, canola oil, flax seeds and walnuts / limit potatoes, yams, beans, corn and peas

Lose weight if you are overweight

Do regular physical activity – at least half an hour a day / 5 days in a week

Along with triglyceride, it may mean alcohol???
If you are taking alcohol – stop it immediately, completely and permanently

You need further investigations – ultrasound (scan) of the liver, blood tests for hepatitis virus…

Repeat the tests in a week
No drugs without doctor’s prescription – even paracetamol
Consult a Hepatologist (Gastroenterologist)

Uric acid is elevated…
Avoid red meat; reduce pulses; Drink plenty of water
Repeat after 2 weeks – if still high, you may need drugs
Your doctor will give an appropriate uricosuria drug…

Consult a dietician - for further advice on diet for uric acid AND triglyceride...

No concern about low creatinine / urea
Could be from low muscle mass…
