increase in the level of liver enzymes(AST,ALT) reflect an INJURY to the Liver. medically, the condition is know as "Hepatitis". it maybe caused by:
1. Virus (HAV, HBV, HCV, HDV, HEV) - Hepatitis D and E Virus are least common.
2. Alcoholic hepatitis - a very common cause
3. drug induced (medication)
4. Gall bladder or common bile duct pathology
5."Fat excess"

further evaluation needed
get following blood test:
1. Viral serology - anti HAV, HBsAg (if not vaccinated against HBV), anti HCV
2. lipid profile
3. ultrasound abdomen

HepA virus is a common cause and self limited disease.

You may visit hepatologist. Get the blood tests done asap.

meanwhile advice:
- abstinence from "Alcohol"
- LOW fat diet should be followed, AVOID junk food and beverages
- decreased oil consuption (oily food)
- NO red meat
- green vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports).
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- reduce weight if overweight/obese

Urinalysis indicate a mild to moderate Urinary tract infection (UTI).

If you feel pain in loin, or burning or increased frequency of urine, and/or if your diabetic then;
You need to have a thorough check-up, with blood routine, Blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, and ultrasound scan of abdomen with residual urine.

if you have none of the aforementioned symptoms and your non-diabetic, then followup would be sufficient. Repeat urinalysis after 2 to 4 weeks.
Increase water intake ( 10 to 12 glass of water a day)

however, you are advised to visit your treating physician with the urinalysis report.

if Fasting blood glucose levels are 122, then your suspicious for diabetes mellitus.
you may need do some blood test: Oral Glucose Tolerance test OR yet another fasting blood glucose test.
while waiting your results,
diet modification is also advised.
Low carbohydrate diet.
NO commercial sugar and sweets.
NO junk food.

your absolute monocyte count appears "low". You need to visit a hematologist for further evaluation.
