Brief Answer:
Indicates to possible blocked coronary artery

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Positive stress test indicates to ischemia and another blocked artery. In this case two options are available
1. Angiography and evaluation if coronary arteries again
2. Try medical treatment and evaluate with stress test after some time

Anyway, he is a diabetic patient and has elevated risks, so I think you should discuss the possibility of angiography with his doctor

Hope I could help you

Wishing a good health to your father

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Echo results are not bad.
But in case of positive stress test I think there is a need to angiography. It is not urgent. But coronary arteries should reevaluated.
Positive stress test means, that there is another blocked artery. But as it is not an acute blockage, it is not dangerous and urgent.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

You can try with medical treatment and healthy lifestyle and evaluate with TMT in a month.
Blockage can't be cured with medications, but ischemia can be treated with medication and atherosclerosis can be stabilized with medication.
So, he can take the medications, you can wait for some time and after think about angiography.
