Tendinosis of the proneus longus and brevis tendons. Split tear of the peroneus brevis tendon.
Small joint effusion.

Can you pleae explain it i normal english? Do you think I will need a surgery of physical therapy would be enough?

Brief Answer:
physiotherapy should help you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
This MRI says injury to your tendons which help in ankle movement.
injury is moderate and physiotherapy may heal it .You may need ankle support.
If there is movement loss due to peroneal brevis tendon tear then we can consider need for surgery.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to ask. I will be happy to answer your question. Take care.

Thank you for your answer! I have no movement loss, but I do have pain and swelling. I am wearing movement restricting boot for 3 weeks now, but don't see any improvement so far. Do you think massage and sauna will help?
