Brief Answer:
More options suggested

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read the report you have put up.
I am assuming you have backpain with possible radiation of pain to leg/s.
I will agree with your doctor that there is nothing to be worried about.
However, I am not sure if I would agree with the treatment suggested.
The belt is a definitive treatment.
In addition, I would have suggested a prescription of pregabalin/oxcarbamazepine.
And depending on the extent of disc bulge, a traction or physiotherapy may be suitably suggested.
The final option is of course surgical correction if all else fails.
I have tried to keep it as simple as possible.
Please feel free to ask a follow up query.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal
