Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and attached reports and understand your concerns.
At this age perimenopausal symptoms are common and bone osteopenia and osteoporosis is also a concern.
The MRI report is showing multiple disc prolapse with significant compression and may require surgery, depending upon clinical symptoms and neurodeficit.
Investigations like Vitamin D3 and DEXA scan is required.
For treatment, Physiotherapy, calcium, vitamin D supplementation is advisable.
Pain modulator drugs like pregabalin, gabapentin and amitriptyline may be started.
Lumbar belt is also required.
Visit to a neurosurgeon will be helpful to complete work-up, examination and assessment regarding surgical measures at present.
