Brief Answer:
Please upload MRI image/CD.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

Though, with this MRI report, antineuralgic medicines(like Pregabalin,Gabapentin,Amitriptyline or Duloxetine) combined with dedicated physiotherapy exercises and posture training, should bring improvement in symptoms.

However,I would be in a better position to give an opinion if I can have a look at the MRI abnormalities.
Is it possible for you to please upload the MRI CD or good quality images so that I can have a look at it and advise accordingly?

I shall be looking forward to your follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
