HIV is a disease which doesn't cause any problem by itself, it causes problems by suppressing your immune system. I would advise you to go to a government hospital for further testing and treatment. You require CD4 Count to see for the disease activity and to decide for the treatment. Treatment and Counselling both are available for free in Government hospitals of our country (India). You should not wait and should go to nearby government hospital for further management. If your GF has not been tested, get her tested there only.
