You don't require any more test, just relax

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
welcome to health care magic, I have gone through your question and Report you have attached with it very diligently and I really appreciate your concern

First of all I would like to make you clear, how HIV transmits
HIV infection can be transmitted by following way
unprotected Sexual act with HIV infected person (male or female)
Blood transfusion of an infected person
sharing of needle or razor blade with an HIV infected person.
Mother to child transmission

Since your reports is absolutely normal so you need not to worry about future.
You will never get HIV if you are not at risk of exposure to HIV through any of above mentioned routes

HIV doesn't spread by touching, eating together with an HIV infected person, so just relax, and don't think about HIV, concentrate on your job and enjoy your life.

please write back to me if you have been exposed to any of its risk factor like any unprotected sex in recent past or history of blood transfusion?

Hope I could answer your question, please feel free to ask for further assistance, I will be happy to help you .
Best wishes
