What Does This EKG Report Indicate?

Question: My ekg came back abnormal. It showed st and t wave abnormality.
vent. rate 54BMP
PR interval 164 ms
QRS duration 84ms
QT/QTc 456/425
P-R-T axes -8 22 18

After reviewing your ECG I would like to say that there's no ST and T waves abnormalities. Your ecg is normal and there's only a misinterpretation from ECG machine software.
