Question: I had an ecg and the results show Flat T.waves in avf and T inversions in lead 3 what does this mean

T wave inversion is significant only when present in two consecutive leads representing the same area of heart.
Lead 3 represents the anterior wall of heart while avf is for inferior wall.Change in one lead has no significance or clinical value.
