Brief Answer:
You may have anxiety induced Tachycardia

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
Thanks for using HCM.
I have gone through your query .
I need to have your detailed history to interpret ECG findings
kindly inform following details
1.what are your complaints or symptoms?
2.Have lost weight or have you any menstrual abnormality ?
3.Have you family history of Hypertension or heart disease or Diabetes ?
4.what are your other reports ?
Grossly I can say that your ECG findings are nonspecific and increased heart rate is due to smoking, coffee and anxiety .If possible please attach the copy of ECG.
my best wishes
Dr.Teli.
