Question: Ct scan says "slight prominence of the ventricular system with respect to overlying cortical sulci that may represent central greater than peripheral volume loss". What does it mean and should I have further testing 63 year old female with cerebral aneurysm that has been coiled but keeps reoccurring.

Brief Answer:
Get evaluated if memory loss

Detailed Answer:
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

The CT imaging is suggestive of brain atrophy.
MRI may be better imaging than CT.

There is need for further investigation if there is any memory loss, urinary complains, gait ataxia.

Please feel free to share if there's any other symptoms.

Management of aneurysm depends upon size and condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
