Question: Had CAT scan.was told I have a stone blocking a pancreatic duck.

Yes, this is a very rare condition, wherein one gets a stone in pancreatic duct.
I would like to know a few more details for me to assist you better:
What were the symptoms for which CT scan was ordered?
Please post the actual reports of blood, CT scan and so on.

With the advent of newer technology, better scopes, expertise and instrumentation, this stone may be removed and you may get permanent relief.
