detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query. It would be very helpful the report of the ultrasound ,to give you a better judgement.
If it is a diffuse thickening of the bladder wall ,a number of conditions can be the cause like obstruction of bladder outlet ,chronic infections of bladder ,neurogenic bladder.
If it is a focal thickening of the bladder wall (localized ) possible causes are :
-bladder infection ,diverticulitis,a blood clot, benign or malign tumors of the bladder etc.
In this case medical history ,symptoms ,physical findings and other investigations (CT/MRI ,cystoscopy) will orientate toward the cause of the bladder wall thickening. It requires further investigations.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.I would be happy to answer.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
