What Does These ECG Report Indicate?

Question: I just had a routine ECG and would like an interpretation if possible. A little background I am an active 60 year female in good health and I get about 6-12 hours of exercise a week! I love tennis! It says sinus rhythm, slight high-lateral depolarization disturbances, consider schema, LV overload or a specific change, small negative T in 1 aVL?? I think I got it all. I have no symptoms other than a heart that flutters sometimes and I've had that all my life. Thanks.

Brief Answer: If possible please upload ECG Detailed Answer: Hi, I can understand your concern. The interpretation that you have posted seems to be the ECG machine generated impression. If you have no symptoms of chest pain / breathing difficulty and you are able to play tennis and exercise without troubles, then I would not consider those findings as significant and specific. If possible please upload the ECG record (scanned image) on this page using the site's uploader. I would closely look at the graph and give you my opinion about it. Awaiting your response... Regards
