Brief Answer:
Your widal report is not conclusive for typhoid.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
It is possible that you might be having a viral or bacterial infection. Your WIDAL test report is not conclusive for typhoid. A repeat test can be done if your symptoms do not show improvement after taking medications for a week. It will be nice to do a complete blood examination including blood culture and also do malaria test because you are having high fever and chills.

MAHACEF-XL 200 tab contains cefixime 200 mg, cloxacillin (ER) 500 mg, lactobacillus sporogenes 90 million cells and is given to treat infections.

Please take complete course of medications as suggested by your doctor. Eating low oil healthy home cooked food is advised. Avoid outside food for 15 days to a month. Drink lots of pure water and fresh juices.

Wishing you a quick recovery.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
