in my urine analysis the result given as PUS cells OCC and epitihelial cells as 2-4 - what exactly it means ? a

Urine analysis finding is absolutely normal.
Up to 5 pus cells in urine is considered as normal.Your findings suggests occasional presence of pus cells and this is a normal finding.
Few epithelial cells are normally found in urine.Epithelial cells are normally secreted from normal genito urinary tract and this is a normal finding.

In short,findings are normal.
However,findings need clinical corroboration.
