Brief Answer:
Normal urine analysis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I am guessing that pro is protein in urine, protein up 36mg/dl is considered as normal. Protein in urine tends to increase after exercise and in some patients after a protein rich diet. Do not worry about it.

To know the exact value I recommend that your get a 24 hour urine protein and creatinine done. It is more accurate than urine routine

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

So I dont exercise and havent eaten much protein yet it tripled in 4 days... What could cause that and should i be concerned about the presence of urobilinogen and biliruben in there as well?

Brief Answer:
Normal urine routine

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

Urine protein excretion varies everday, just like your blood pressure. Even if it has tripled it is still within normal limits. So please do not worry about it.

Urobilin uptp 8mg is normal. So that is also within normal limits.
