Brief Answer:
Pregnancy with fibroid

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
The ultrasound show is a viable pregnancy with good heart beat. Thats a good sign. But the sub chorionic bleed around the sac isnt a good sign. Till now, its slight and doesnt seem to cause any problems with the pregnancy. But if the bleed grows in size, then she may mis-carry. She needs to be on added progesterone support and complete bed rest. Follow up ultrasound will be required. So far, its ok.
On the other hand, there is a sizable fibroid. However, i dont see that causing any problems yet.
