Brief Answer:
Stone disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Prominence of the PCS of the left kidney means that there could be calculi in the ureter. I recommend a CT KUB to know what is causing the obstruction. It is best seen by a urologist.

Thickened bladder mucosa means that there is infection of the urinary bladder. It is easily treated with antibiotics. I usually prescribe Levofloxacin for 5 days. She must receive antibiotics to treat thickened bladder.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Hello

Thanks for getting back

CT KUB is CT scan of the kidney ureter an bladder ( KUB). Cystourethrogram is an excellent choice for diagnosis where a small tube containing camera is entered into the pee hole and obstruction is visualised and taken care of. The only drawback would be that it is invasive.
The prominence of the PCS is because of obstruction, most commonly by a kidney stone. Because the pipe ( ureter) leading to the bladder is blocked, the area behind the blocked part gets bigger and prominent.
