Brief Answer:
Small uterine fibroid is not a problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

I understand your query about small fibroid and pain abdomen.

Such small fibroids are common finding at this age and generally do not cause any problems.

I dont think this fibroid is the reason for pain abdomen in your mother. Pain is likely to be due to gastritis.

Before going ahead with any investigations i suggest let her take pantodac 40mg on empty stomach in the morning for 15 days. This is over the counter available drug and this should help her.

You can consider further evaluation only after 15 days if no relief found.
