What Does The Serum Creatinine Levels Indicate?
Question: Thank you XXXXXXX for your mail. I had my CUE again and the pus cells dropped to 4-5 hpf. Also my blood sugar level is 100 and 141 pre and post lunch. My urine culture does negative, serum creatinine 0.7 and serum urea is 18. Please review these counts please.

Your pus cells have come to normal range. As such normally 3 to 4 pus cells are seen in urine . So don't worry its a good drop and indicates your infection is cured. Negative culture indicates the same or it is seen even when sample given after taking antibiotics.
Also your sugar levels are in normal range both pre and post lunch. Your post lunch sugar is still more better then previous reading. It is normal.
Your urea and creatinine levels are normal indicating your kidney functioning normally. So good that all your investigation reports are normal.

I am planning to have thyroid test for my wife as next week she will be completing the one month course and also I will again plan for CUE and RBS next week to double confirm everything is normal. I will keep you posted.

Yes it is better to double confirm by getting CUE and RBS. Later you may get RBS every 6 monthly to keep a watch on your sugar levels.
