Brief Answer:
Assisted reproductive techniques are indicated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:

A semen specimen should have following characteristics to be called normal:
1. The normal sperm count is 20 million/ml.
2. Motility: As per WHO criteria, total progressive motility (rapid and slow) should be atleast 40%
3. Morphology: At least 50% sperms should have normal morphology.

In your case all three variables are sub-normal.
Sperm concentration is only 16 million/ml.
Sperm motility (total progressive) is only 33%
Only 2% sperms have normal morphology.

On the basis of this report, you will not be able to bear children by natural sexual mode.
However, in vitro fertilization is possible.
In this technique, sperms are taken from male partner and fused with female ovum outside body under suitable conditions.
Once fertilization takes place the zygote or fertilized ovum is replaced back in the uterine cavity of the female partner.
Thus, you can bear your biological children by assisted fertility means.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
