Hi,

Presence of 6-8 wbc in the urine with positive leucocyte esterase is suggestive of urinary tract infection. But an urine culture and sensitivity test needs to be ordered to confirm infection. I will suggest you to get the culture test done after discussing with your treating doctor. In the mean while drink plenty of fluids.
