Detailed Answer:
Hello,
THanks for contacting healthcaremagic.
The scan report shows categorically that you are not pregnant as no gestational sac or remaining products of conception seen. The endometrial thickness if high normal and indicate a luteal phase scan done in the 3rd week of the cycle.

The evidence of small fibroids in the anterior wall near the cornu are harmless due to their size and don't warrant surgery. Fibroids are o be operated if they are symptomatic in form of pain or pressure or excessive bleeding, as these are inside the muscle layer of the uterus and not extending into the uterine cavity, menorrhagia would also not be a possibility.
Over all a normal scan with with normal size uterus and anteversion which is normal position of uterus in pelvic cavity.

If you can be more specific as to what you intend to know, i would be glad.

Detailed Answer:
hello,
If your menses have been regular then there is no actual need of a D& C but if this endometrial thickness is mid cycle then a endometrial biopsy may be taken with a pipelle to rule out any atypia or hyperplasia in the uterine wall to rule out uterine cancer.
If your concern is heavy bleeding and now that there is a cause in for m of intramural fibroid indenting the cavity, then bleeding can be managed by antifibrinlytics as well but after a biopsy is done for histopathological examination.

please let me know your LMP and previous cycle details, pertaining to bleeding patterns to help further.

Detailed Answer:
hello,
what you are experiencing is a perimenopausal episode which ca start 2 years prior to the real menopause and it involves irregularity of menses and often delayed or missed periods followed by heavy bleeding.
At your age group now , if the bleeding has stopped but the endometrium is still 15mm which is thick it needs to be investigated by mean of an endometrial biopsy by pipelle which is an office procedure or a D&C which is dilatation and curettage done under anaesthesia to remove the endometrium manually and send it for histopath exam to rule out any hyperplasia and atypia.

After learning your complete history , even i am o fthe opinion that you should undergo an endometrial sampling to rule out and developing uterine cancer.
I hope i have answered your query now.
