Brief Answer:
Very small fibroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Anteverted position of the uterus is normal position of the uterus.
Ill defined lesion means that the lesion was not discretely lineated in ultrasound.
It is a almost normal ultrasound with a very small fibroid, which is a benign lesion and needs no surgery at present.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
