Brief Answer:
Likely increased stiffness in left anterior abdominal wall

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

The ultrasound images are not too clear but it likely shows the elastography pattern of increased stiffness in the left anterior abdominal wall. There is no focal lesion in this area.

Brief Answer:
Stiffness can be from mild fibrosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

Due to recent advances there is a lot of research using the stiffness of tissues to predict various conditions. This is called elastography. This is a new technique and measures stiffness of tissues.

It is predicted that fibrosis causes stiffness in tissues. This can mean different conditions for various organs. Therefore the stiffness in the abdominal wall can be due to mild fibrosis.

Answered by Dr. Vivek Chail (37 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
It looks like a plane between muscle and fat

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

The star like focus in the second image looks like the plane between the fat and muscle area. It is magnified several time. It does not look like a real lesion and might be an area where the deep fascia of the muscle meets the fat.
